| Depending on the request and client location, an appointment can be made for Mark Alexander Wakeling to visit the home or corporate situation. Home Visits are Free of charge if you proceed with order, or furniture item. During the home visit an estimate of costs will be provided so that interior design work will be within your budget. |
- Concept creation & Planning
|
Planning interior design requirements for each project will be individually adapted to the client's particular situation.
Utilising digital photography of your home we work through colour and furniture concepts for your future home. All the key areas of interior design presentation; fabrics, styles, colour, product and pieces are coordinated. |
- Concept & Quote Presentation
|
Interior Design Concepts & a Quotes with pricing will be presented to clients for further discussion and may be modified at this stage as required.

Placing an Order |
| When the client is totally satisfied with the planned concepts they will place an order for the interior design work required. |
- Full Scale Pattern, Measure & Adjustment
|
Once the order has been confirmed, custom built furniture will be drawn to full-scale pattern on 3 ply timber (local clients) or drafting paper pattern (for interstate clients).It will then be taken to the home and approved on site by the client.
The client will see the pattern in the position where it is to be placed. Modifications can be made where necessary to the size, width, height and proportions of the piece relative to room, prior to commencement of manufacture. Samples of timber colour and finish can be provided to ensure customer satisfaction, or colour matching to existing products is available if required. This will ensure that the final delivered piece is perfectly proportioned, polished and suited to the area where it is to be placed, and the customer knows exactly what they are getting. |
- Sourcing of complimentary Accessories & Furnishings
|
Designer interiors process also involves coordinating accessories. Floor rugs, cushions, lamps, mirrors and unique ornaments may be sourced by Mark Alexander through his many industry contacts to complete the overall effect of the package if required.
In addition colour consultancy service can be provided by Timeless Interiors.
