| What were the major milestones in your career for you? |

| I have built 4 galleries. The original Timeless Timber Gallery, a large homestead like building on 5 acres was built on the outskirts of Ballarat. I worked and lived there with the factory at the rear and the gallery display in the front.

| Steinfelds at Soveriegn Hill was the second Gallery located in an old furniture woodwork store.

| The third gallery was Timeless Timber Gallery in Daylesford located in an old picture theatre spread over three levels. The ground level was themed as Roman ruins while the fist floor had an Art Deco theme. A café was also located on the second level with a silent picture mural and theme.

The current and finest Gallery is located in an Historic 1854 heritage Bank Building and features rooms themed in different colours, styles and eras with the furniture of the time displayed insitu with matching giftware and decorator items.

| What are the rewarding points about your career in timber furniture industry? | |
- Trained 4 Victorian apprentices of the year.
- I have won different business awards locally in Ballarat.
- Fulfilling my vision for the company to build quality furniture; very unique, very different using skills and tradition methods. Featuring traditional shapes and proportions from European and American design, balancing this and bringing this into peoples homes.
